The Meierling Group Connects Discerning Individuals with Extraordinary Lifestyles

The Meierling Group

There is something special about living in Jupiter, and if anybody understands that, it is Ken and Kandyce Meierling. The license partners and brokers of luxury real estate firm Engel & Völkers Jupiter have lived around the world—from Germany and England to Belize and Hong Kong, but they couldn’t imagine a better slice of paradise than Jupiter.

The Engel & Völkers Jupiter property shop opened in 2008 and is prominently located at the prestigious Jupiter Yacht Club. Over the past 10 years at this location, Ken and Kandyce Meierling are conscious of the great successes that they have accomplished in meeting the needs of their exclusive clientele, in the sale and acquisition of luxury estates. One of those success stories is the sale of the highest priced residential property on Jupiter Island for $38 million.

While Ken is a numbers person and loves the “deal-making”, to Kandyce, real estate is going beyond the transaction of properties. It is about helping clients discover their new home and the new life that awaits them! Luxury is more than an object or property, but rather, the fullness of life that begins and ends the day in the most important space we know: home.”

Both Ken and Kandyce take great satisfaction in spending time with their King Charles Cavalier, paddle boarding and good food.

Ken was named one of the Top Ten Advisor for Engel & Völkers worldwide, where he joins an esteemed group of seasoned real estate professionals. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

Ken enjoys an active lifestyle, being an avid runner, and competes in half-marathons and marathons. Recently however, he has found his passion in paddle boarding, and particular paddle board racing. He takes great satisfaction in good food and is known to experiment with his cooking by smoking his own bacon and fish and other tasty treats.

Kandyce Meierling was born and raised in the culturally diverse nation of Belize and has called Florida home for the past 10 years. Kandyce began her career as a teacher and taught both in Belize and South Florida. Teaching and "guiding" young children was extremely humbling and rewarding for her.

Called upon more and more by friends and family to help them in the moving process, both locally and internationally, Kandyce enjoyed being a source of information and help so much, that she decided to become a Sales Associate. Setting high expectations and the utmost commitment to clients interest are reflected from her previous career as a teacher. Starting out as a Buyer's Agent, Kandyce soon became a smart, savvy, expert real estate advisor helping her clients to seize opportunity when it strikes by navigating the intricate Miami real estate market.

After meeting her now husband Ken, the decision to leave Miami and move to Jupiter was not an easy one. Kandyce soon fell in love with the lifestyle the Palm Beaches has to offer and quickly made her presence known in Jupiter, having worked every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks.

As a professional, Kandyce is focused on constantly improving herself and staying on the cutting edge. Kandyce has been seen on the golf course a few times in the past, a sport she never thought she would enjoy. When she is not working, you will find her in the kitchen testing out the newest Wine and Food mag recipe's, trying exotic cuisine, tending her garden, sketching new designs, singing or dancing away.
